The upcoming Chinese historical mystery drama Wo de Wuzuo Qianbei (我的仵作前辈) (lit. My Forensic Senior) officially began filming on July 31 in Hengdian.
Lead actors Xia Zhiguang and Hu Yixuan attended the opening ceremony, marking the start of production.
Previously known as Hot-Blooded Little Coroner, the series combines historical, mystery, detective, and family intrigue elements.
It is planned as a 24-episode web drama, with each episode running for approximately 35 minutes.
The drama is jointly produced by Anhui Baiyunyan Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhuoxiu Film & Television Co., Ltd., and Dongyang Xinyu Film Co., Ltd..
Guo Xuguang and Wu Meisong serve as executive producers, while Liu Xinyu is the producer.
Wo de Wuzuo Qianbei is directed by Xie Shaofeng, best known for Tang Dynasty Strange Tales.
