GMMTV has officially announced legal action over an alleged stalking and unauthorized filming incident involving its artist, Mark Jiruntanin.
The statement, released on the evening of July 28, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to protecting the safety and privacy of its artists.
According to the agency, an individual allegedly followed Mark at close range inside the GMM building and recorded photos and videos without his permission.
The content was later uploaded to social media, raising concerns among fans about the artist’s privacy and personal safety.
GMMTV stated that it reviewed CCTV footage from the building and collected additional evidence related to the incident.
The company confirmed that the person believed to be involved has already been identified through its investigation.
The agency also revealed that it has filed a police report and submitted surveillance footage along with other evidence to investigators.
GMMTV said it will continue cooperating with law enforcement throughout the legal process to protect Mark Jiruntanin’s legal rights, privacy, and personal safety.
As the case is now under judicial investigation, GMMTV explained that certain details cannot be disclosed because they could affect the ongoing legal proceedings.
The company also urged the public not to share the suspect’s personal information or engage in harassment, stalking, or any behavior that could interfere with the investigation.
