Overseasidol.com — Hong Kong actor Bosco Wong has candidly revealed that his romantic life has often been disrupted by his mother’s interference.
According to reports from Hong Kong media, Bosco admitted that several of his past relationships ended because his mother didn’t approve of his girlfriends.
In his statement, Bosco said he currently has no plans to get married. His focus remains fully on his career.
“I’m not chasing love, and no one’s pressuring me to get married,” he shared.
He explained that some girlfriends left after being repeatedly scolded by his mother.
Despite that, Bosco maintains a relaxed attitude. He enjoys a lifestyle free from the responsibilities of family life.
“I don’t need to think about raising kids, choosing schools, or driving them to class. I can shoot movies or just book a ticket and travel anytime,” he said.
Addressing the idea of family pressure, Bosco added, “If my mom starts pushing, no one would last. I have a strong survival instinct. If she thinks someone’s not good enough, it’s usually because she senses bad intentions maybe they’re after money or not sincere,”.
