Overseasidol.com — The studio of Chinese actor and singer Jackson has issued an official statement addressing the circulation of AI-generated short dramas that use his likeness without authorization.
The statement was released in the early hours of April 5.
According to the announcement, the studio discovered multiple online platforms distributing content that utilizes artificial intelligence technology to replace actors’ faces with Jackson’s image.
The management firmly stated that he has never participated in such productions and has not granted any permission for the use of his likeness in AI-generated content.
The studio emphasized that these actions constitute a violation of relevant laws and regulations in China, including provisions under the Civil Code.
They further noted that not only the creators but also individuals or entities involved in distributing such content could be held legally responsible.
In response, Jackson Yee Studio has engaged legal counsel to handle the matter and will continue monitoring the situation, collecting evidence, and evaluating potential legal actions against those responsible.

The studio reaffirmed its commitment to taking firm legal measures to protect Yi Yangqianxi’s rights and interests.
