Japanese band Kroi officially released its new single “All in” on July 13 as the opening theme for LIAR GAME Season 2.
The song combines sharp guitar riffs, a powerful bassline, and an energetic funk groove to capture the anime’s intense psychological battles.
Vocalist Leo Uchida shared that he has been a longtime fan of LIAR GAME.
He revealed that he owns the complete manga series and even collected the special poker cards included with the drama DVD box set during his school days.
Those memories became a major source of inspiration while creating the song.
According to Leo, “All in” was written to express the tension, uncertainty, and complex mind games that define the series.
The track blends melodic vocals with dark, distorted sounds to reflect the constant clash between lies and truth.
Alongside the single, Kroi also released the official music video directed by Ryo Suda.
The video features an impressive 90-second continuous one-take opening sequence, highlighting the song’s intensity and dynamic performance.
Beginning in August 2026, Kroi will launch the Kroi Live Tour 2026 “JUNGLE,” featuring 10 shows across six Japanese cities.
The tour will also include the band’s first guest performances in nearly two years, with Rekishi, iri, KIRINJI, and Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra joining selected dates.
Kroi is a five-member Japanese band known for blending R&B, funk, soul, rock, and hip-hop.
The group consists of Leo Uchida, Yuki Hasebe, Masanori Seki, Hidetomo Masuda, and Daiki Chiba. (Overseasidol.com)
