Thai actress Orm Kornnaphat has released an official statement addressing the wave of online rumors and malicious comments circulating on social media.
In the statement shared through her official account, she confirmed that she is prepared to take legal action against anyone who continues spreading false information or damaging her reputation.
Orm began by thanking her fans, the media, and everyone who has supported her throughout her career.
She expressed her gratitude for the trust and encouragement she has received over the years.
The actress explained that a large amount of false information and harmful comments has recently appeared across multiple online platforms.
She said the content has strayed far from the facts and has caused significant distress to both her personal life and her family’s daily lives.
Orm Kornnaphat emphasized that she respects freedom of expression and rational public discussion.
However, she strongly opposes baseless accusations, misleading claims taken out of context, and any deliberate attempts to tarnish her character or reputation.
She also denied ongoing speculation about her private life. Orm stated that she and her family have always respected China, its culture, and the friends they have there.
She added that her current priority is focusing on her entertainment career and that the rumors regarding her personal life are completely false.
To protect her rights, Orm revealed that she has consulted her agency, CH3Thailand, and has officially appointed a law firm to collect and preserve evidence related to the defamatory content.
