Thai actress Punpun Sutatta has shared details of her finances by posting the mortgage payments for her luxury condominium in central Bangkok.
Despite carrying a significant home loan, she spoke about it with humor and a positive attitude.
Punpun revealed that her monthly mortgage exceeds 200,000 baht.
She has already repaid around 20 million baht but still owes approximately 23 million baht.
In addition, she pays about 20,000 baht each month in building maintenance fees and around 5,000 baht for utilities.
Joking about the situation, Punpun Sutatta said it could take another 20 years to fully pay off the property.
She laughed that by then she might already have a family and be living outside Bangkok.
She also playfully called on TV producers, advertisers, and brand partners to offer her more work, saying that her mortgage is still a major financial responsibility.
