Overseasidol.com — Chinese entertainment company Siba Media (STAR48) has reportedly filed a lawsuit against former idol singer Hong Jingwen, according to newly updated case information on a corporate data platform.

The case has now been officially scheduled for trial. The hearing is set to take place on April 16, 2026, at 1:45 PM local time at the Shanghai Baoshan District People’s Court.

As of now, specific details regarding the nature of the dispute have not been publicly disclosed.

Born in October 1996 in Hainan Province, Hong Jingwen gained recognition as a member of the Chinese idol girl group GNZ48.

She announced her departure from the group in June last year through a lengthy social media post, which quickly drew widespread attention from fans and entertainment observers.
