Overseasidol.com — An subsidiary company of TF Entertainment has recently come under public scrutiny.
According to data from the Qichacha app, Chongqing TF Commercial Management Co., Ltd., which was only established in September this year, has been officially listed in the abnormal operations registry by the Yubei District Market Supervision Bureau in Chongqing.
The company was flagged after authorities were unable to reach it through its registered business address or operational location, raising concerns given its very recent establishment.
Records show that the company has a registered capital of 1 million yuan, with Chen Chunhui serving as its legal representative and director.
Its business scope includes commercial performances, artist and event management, performance brokerage services, and online cultural operations.
Chongqing Times Fengjun Commercial Management Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Beijing TF Culture and Art Development Co., Ltd., the parent company behind TF Entertainment, which manages several well-known artists and idol groups.
As of now, TF Entertainment has yet to issue an official statement addressing the situation.
The development has drawn attention from industry observers and fans alike, who are awaiting further clarification regarding the company’s operational status and any corrective measures that may follow.
