According to the agency, Keng’s condition requires close medical supervision, leading doctors to recommend hospitalization for proper monitoring and recovery.
The company emphasized that his health is the top priority, and he will be taking time off to rest and fully recover.
As a result, Keng Harit will not be able to attend two major Songkran events he was scheduled to appear in.
These include the Hatyai Songkran Festival 2026 on April 12 and the ICHITAN Night Songkran 2026 on April 13.
Following the announcement, Keng also shared a personal message on his social media, apologizing to fans for missing the events and assuring them that he will focus on recovery and return as soon as possible.
