Chinese actor and comedian Yue Yunpeng recently appeared on the interview program Chaosheng Qingnian Shuo, where he reflected on his career, life, and the greatest fear he has ever faced.
During the interview, Yue revealed that he once dreamed of becoming a doctor when he was young.
His childhood ambition was inspired by his mother’s long-term health problems, as she had spent much of her life seeking medical treatment.
He shared that his mother was recently diagnosed with shingles, a condition that caused severe pain and painful blisters across one side of her face.
Her situation is even more challenging because she is also living with kidney failure and requires regular dialysis treatment.
Yue Yunpeng explained that many medications cannot be used because of his mother’s medical condition.
