Overseasidol.com — Veteran Hong Kong actor Tony Leung, 63, recently appeared in an interview with Edison Chen.
The actor surprised many with his candid remarks about aging, admitting that his memory is no longer as sharp as before.
Viewers also noticed his graying hair, a sign of his advancing years.
When asked whether he had ever performed in stage plays, Leung recalled an old experience.
He said he once acted in a play with Chow Yun-fat many years ago.
It was, in his words, a “terrifying” challenge because the script was extremely thick and required complete memorization.
Leung explained that in the past he could memorize a script within a month.
Today, however, it might take him four to six months to accomplish the same task. Despite these changes, his legacy in cinema remains strong.
