BNK48 member, Pancake Pitthayaporn has officially announced her debut solo single titled “Yume de Kiss me!”.
The single is scheduled for release on August 30, 2026, with its first performance set at NIPPON HAKU BANGKOK 2026.
The announcement was made during the busking event for the BNK48 album “Ponytail to Shushu”.
“Yume de Kiss me!” is an adaptation of the original Japanese song from AKB48 Team A’s 7th Stage “M.T. ni Sasagu” (2016).
Written by Akimoto Yasushi (lyrics), composed by Rie, and arranged by Ikuta Machine, the track is strongly associated with Miyawaki Sakura (now of LE SSERAFIM).
Sakura frequently performed it as a solo unit in theater shows and fan meetings, making it one of her signature songs.
The lyrics explore teenage idol romance restricted by no dating rules, with affection expressed only in dreams.
Pancake’s version will feature a similar arrangement with Thai lyrics or adaptation.
This marks the first official audio release of the song by a non-Japanese sister group.
Pancake had proposed a solo single in 2024 but delayed it due to university entrance exams.
