CGM48 has officially introduced its 5th Generation through the debut song “Kibou Ressha” (Train of Hope).
The release marks the beginning of a new chapter for the group’s five newest members as they begin their journey as official CGM48 idols.
The song features lyrics by Yasushi Akimoto, with music and arrangement by Takuya Fujita, while the Thai lyrics were adapted by Tanupop Notayanont.
Carrying a message of hope and perseverance, the song reminds listeners that everyone has their own “train” in life, traveling toward different dreams, stories, and destinations.
As long as they keep moving forward, every journey brings them closer to the future they strive for.
The CGM48 5th Generation consists of Chifa Jinnipa Jongpum, Lewlew Nutnicha Lertkiattikun, Namphet Phetphailin Makmee, Punpon Patcharasron Kengtangdee, and Tara Kokeatimanon.
The five members will officially begin their activities with a special debut performance and the premiere of the music video.
The Debut Stage of “Kibou Ressha – Train of Hope” taken place on August 1, 2026, at Central Chiangmai Airport.
