Qin Lan and Wei Daxun first grew close while filming the 2021 drama About Doctor Tang.
By 2022, the pair were frequently spotted on dates. In March this year, Wei Daxun was photographed entering Qin Lan’s home late at night using a familiar door code, and in June he was seen picking her up alongside his father.
These moments led many to believe that their relationship had progressed into the “meeting the parents” stage.
