The highly anticipated Chinese Republican-era romance drama “Overdo” has officially confirmed its premiere date.
Starring Zhang Linghe and Wang Churan, the series will debut on July 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM simultaneously on iQIYI and Tencent Video, before later airing on Dragon TV and Jiangsu TV.
The 33-episode series is adapted from Fei Wo Si Cun’s beloved novel If I Had Not Met You, a title that has long enjoyed a dedicated fanbase.
Since production was announced, the adaptation has remained one of the most anticipated Chinese dramas of the year.
